Our clinicians understand that supporting your family goes beyond the therapy appointment. Our Concierge Support Program offers direct access to your psychologist for guidance, collaboration and care coordination - all tailored to meet your needs.

What is this Program For?

Membership Tiers:

Please note: These fees cover non-session communication and administrative tasks. Therapy appointments will be covered by insurance and subject to copays/deductibles. Three months minimum enrollment required.

  • ✔ Up to 2 emails and 1 brief 15-min phone consultation with providers per month

    ✔ Access to guidance for behavioral and parenting concerns

    ✔ Basic coordination with one additional provider (e.g., school or physician)

    ✔ One 30 minute phone call per month with client or caregiver for behavioral emergencies (response time within 24 hours)

  • ✔ Up to 4 emails and 2 15-min phone consultations with providers per month

    ✔ Expanded care coordination with multiple providers

    ✔ Assistance with letters, reports, and treatment summaries

    ✔ Priority response time within 24 hours on business days

  • ✔ Unlimited emails and phone consultations (within reasonable use)

    ✔ Direct collaboration with schools, medical professionals, and additional support staff

    ✔ Attendance at one school or provider meeting per quarter (virtual or in-person if feasible)
