Dr. Erica Lozy, clinical director and child psychologist specializing in PCIT and CBT for autism, ADHD and behavioral problems. Dr. Lozy offers virtual appointments in the state of Florida.

Erica Lozy, PhD

Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Director

Dr. Lozy earned her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2015, completing her clinical training at the renowned Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She went on to earn her doctoral degree in School Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2022, with pre-doctoral training at the Munroe-Meyer Institute, where she collaborated with interdisciplinary teams in primary care settings. Dr. Lozy is a licensed psychologist and board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who brings a unique blend of clinical training, behavioral expertise, and therapeutic versatility to her work with adults and adolescents.

Her therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She tailors interventions to each client’s unique needs and values, offering a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes insight, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

While she has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges, Dr. Lozy is equally passionate about helping adults navigate the complexities of modern life and parenthood. She offers practical, skills-based interventions grounded in compassion and science, and often works with clients who are balancing professional responsibilities, parenting, or caregiving roles. Her work is informed by a systems-level perspective that values coordination across settings when appropriate, yet is deeply attuned to the individual journey of each client she serves.

Sophie Larragueta

Office Administrator, Pronouns: She/Her

Sophie is the backbone of the PGNE office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. With her passion for helping other and strengthening the team, Sophie manages various administrative tasks vital for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. She oversees scheduling, onboarding of new clients and correspondence with insurance companies. Sophie is known for her friendly demeanor, patience and willingness to assist and to find creative solutions to tricky problems. These factors make Sophie an invaluable asset to the PGNE organization and a key part of the PGNE mission.

Diana Ginns, PhD, BCBA-D

Licensed Psychologist, Consultant

Dr. Ginns obtained her master’s degree in counseling in 2007, her board certification in behavior analysis in 2012, and her doctorate in school psychology in 2015. She has been working with individuals in a therapeutic capacity for over 18 years. In those 18 years, she has worked as a school psychologist, therapist, school consultant, university instructor, and licensed psychologist. Dr. Ginns completed her doctoral training and residency at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. During this time, she worked under some of the foremost specialists in behavior disorders and family systems. She received specialized training in collaborative problem solving to derive unique, meaningful therapeutic treatments for clients.

Dr. Ginns’ work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She is a licensed psychologist and board certified behavior analyst. She is a certified provider of Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and has extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). . Dr. Ginns is passionate about working with people who want to improve their quality of life through living intentionally and in concert with their values; Dr. Ginns currently sees individual clients across the lifespan.

Michael Wusik, PhD

Licensed Psychologist, Consultant

For over a decade, Dr. Wusik has been working in the mental health field delivering cutting edge, effective therapies to teens, adults and families.

Dr. Wusik obtained his doctorate in clinical science at Virginia Tech and completed his doctoral internship at the University of Maryland Medical School/Baltimore Veterans Hospital Consortium. During that time, he worked under the foremost specialists in trauma, mood and behavioral disorders and receiving specialized training in ACT and DBT.

Dr. Wusik specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) for health and wellness changes and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
